Independent parts sourcing · guided purchasing decisions

Service charter

Voltpath Sourcing independent sourcing partner

Separate buyer, coordinator and supplier responsibilities.

We coordinate requirements and supplier responses. Manufacturing claims belong to the actual supplier.

Responsibilities and evidence boundaries

What buyers control

Application requirements, vehicle fitment evidence, optional target budget, supplier preference, quantity and acceptance decisions. The buyer still decides whether a sample approval covers later lots.

What the service coordinates

Requirement clarification, requests for information and documented quotation comparisons. We ask suppliers for output-curve conditions, pulley interface data and warranty scope rather than rewriting those answers as our own test results.

What suppliers confirm

Fitment references, production scope, documents, sample terms, packing unit, Incoterms and shipment commitments. A supplier declaration is limited to the named product and destination market.

What remains open

No own-factory identity, authorization, customer count or savings claim is implied. Thread pitch, bore diameter or surface finish appear only when the buyer listed them; we do not invent those numbers to look complete.

Next step

Budget and supplier preference are optional.
